Introduction
In the Jordanian Law number (22) for the year (1997), the work of public shareholding companies and limited ones is regulated. It is known that this law was enacted in response to the economic conditions that the Kingdom went through. It aimed to improve the management of companies using the best scientific, economic, and legal methods, as well as to encourage local and foreign investment.
